so I would go (in repair console) expand -r f:/I386/explorer.ex_ [c:/windows/explorer.exe]

i need to repair the explorer.exe file but the only one i can find on the disc is explorer.ex is this the same file? I was thinking of doing this (in repair console) copy F:/I386/explorer.ex C:/Windows/explorer.exe will this work or just ****** up my system? Fixed!
