Thank you for your replies. I am running Win98SE on my spare computer, which is very old. I use it just for writing and Internet. Thatswhy is use this old OS, it is faster than Win2k would be. I am not adore Microsoft, but MS Office is probably much better than Open Office, Staroffice etc. I've installed Office XP on and am satified.

Does not anybody have a copy of such installed windows? I don't have install CD Win98 neither Win95, so it would be perfect if I could just download it and copy to the formatted HDD and run it without any installation. THX

I would be interested why Office 2003 does not believe that I use XP, when I use Win98SE with RP correctly set...

Well, what if I had Win98SE with Revolutions pack, which adds XP kernel to Win98SE? But, still, it doesn't work for me. It is probably not caused by kernel.

I am running Win98SE + RP on my spare computer, I use it just for writing and Internet and love to install Office 2003 on it. But the problem is that Office 2003 requires Win 2000 or XP. Don't you know how to obviate it?
