    Until vLite lets you integrate programs/addons, may I suggest you try Windows Post-Install Wizard (WPI).

    Comodo is free but not open-source. The only open-source firewall I can think of is WIPFW but it may not be easy to use.

    Use VMware or VirtualBox to do a test install of your CD. It should provide some indication if your addons worked.

    Ive read some of the recent drivers not working well on AGP cards so I stayed with Radeon Omega Drivers 4.8.442. Are the newer Catalyst drivers fine for AGP? Id appreciate any feedback.

    Yes it is possible. As for your question, vLite only for an Installation DVD.

    vLited Vista probaly would work fine, but nLited XP will work better.
