You should check out the free MDT 2010 Lite Touch deployment solution. www.microsoft.com/deployment... MDT has a bultin funtion for offline media + a wizard that will allow you to select what operating systems to deploy... I have attached a screenshot of the deployment wizard

Do not import any wireless drivers into the boot image... only "real" network card drivers, and make sure to use Windows Vista or Windows 7 drivers for the boot image.

If you use the free Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) 2010 to deploy Windows you get a nice progress bar during the process... see http://www.microsoft.com/deployment

The best source I have found for silent installations is appdeploy.com, check their Package KB. As for sequencing/installing the applications during deployment I highly recommend using the free task sequencer from Microsoft, part of MDT 2010 Lite Touch. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/deployment for download, and to http://www.deploymentcd.com for step-by-step guides and video tutorials on how to use it.

If you are referering to the reboot, quit etc... dialog box, just add Quiet=Yes to the [WinPE] section of winbom.ini
