  1. I dont mean to sound bad, but BULLLLLL.... I have been making Unattended CD's for along time and have never got the windows protection error until this month. Something has changed either in the Driver packs, Nlite or ryans updates.... On second thoughts, I only get this after it has booted up and is installing openoffice2.04 on my second cd install. Also on spyware blaster install... Drivers install flawless. Any suggestions or settings in nlite i could change?
  2. Super job. Got a question. Does this work on all versions of windows? 98, me etc. I would like to put this on all my customers computers as I repair them.
  3. Here is what I do at my shop. I load all the drivers on the computer and get it working. Just load the bare essencial drivers you need. Then I clone the HD and save it on my network. When I get another computer that needs the same operating system, I put the clone image on this computer too. Then I install all the drivers and re-save the clone image. Now my image has 2 different computer drivers on it. (Remember to change your product key to match the COA on the 2nd computer. I keep repeating this process. The more you repeat this process, the more drivers your image has. I dont use this process for Windows XP, because of the Bâshrat the Sneaky's DriverPacks has almost all we need except for the Modems. This works well for Windows 98, ME etc. BTW, I like Acronis Server Edition better. It has a good network interface. Acronis 9.0 regular works good too. Hope this helps.
  4. Even being new here, This website has already helped me. After reading just a little bit, it doesnt take someone long to realize there are a lot of smart individuals here. I currently am an I.T. Administrator of a college in Arkansas and also the owner of a computer sales and repair shop. I currently have 3 goals to complete for now more to come. 1 Create a WIndows XP unattended cd with lots of drivers. Completed. 2 and 3. Do same with Win98 and ME. Open. I'll try to be a positive poster and help as much as I can.
