@Nuhi: somes serious issues in vLite 1.0 and 1.1 1° problem -> affected vLite 1.0 and 1.1 version's After remove Internet Explorer component with vLite (v1.0/1.1) all the function in tab "protection" of ie7 internet options stop to work. Is not possible to add custom site's list in security categories. The system return popup error with red x circle. If Internet Explorer componente is not removed with vLite all work fine. With IE component removed from vLite - > error show img-001 - img-002 - img-003 Without IE component removed from vLite -> all work fine img-000 2° problem -> affected only vLite 1.1 version -> MUI integration problem "seriuos problem" problen not exist in vLite 1.0 with same .ini configuration Test to retail and genuine "localized" italian distribution of Vista (homepremium and ultimate) source VISTA-IT-DVD 32/64bit Retail and Genuine "localized" italian distribution of vista has alredy built-in IT-MUI-LANGUAGE integrate. vLite recognize from "integration" tab Italiam MUI language alredy installed (if this is or not enabled) img-011 - From vLited 1.1 image installation of Vista is not possible remove or add more installed default modules or functionality of SO like (differential compression, XPS support, HTTP print support, games and more...) - Procedure stop and system return error popup with "red x circle" - Event viewer return red error and the word MUI is present in all description's. - The problem not exist with vLite 1.0 same .ini configuration - Tested with and without add other "new pathes" Vista image created with vLite 1.0 img-004 - img-005 - img-006 - img-007 - img-008 Vista image created with vLite 1.1 img-009 - img-010 Nuhi this is one very crucial problem please your attention! Works for me in Command Prompt (cmd.exe) No No No. This does not work every time windows boots after the latest patches and Performance and Compatibility patches. This is what we are trying for.... ... confirm issues after install somes "new" patches...

The only situation (only for me) with this setting is need is to work peerguardian2_rc1_test2 with 64bit of vista but after install "some latest KB" peegruardian stop again. My suggestion is: Nuhi work to more lighting and bug's fix... and not to tweaking... for now! p.s. This is only my personal opinion out of core.

PROBLEM SOLVED show video and play sound without integrate "Windows Media Player 11" component (N EU DIRECTION) with external program like MediaPlayerClassic or Irfanview from vLited 64bit of Vista and "Task Scheduler" question. Preamble (only personal consideration of no technical value ) only for 64bit Vista - "Task Scheduler" component is useless. It wastes memory and resources. All defragmenter program's work fine without it. I suggest remove this component. - WindowsMediaLite need ocx and dll registration (remove "application experience" component is not advised/advisable) but it works in all two situations with and without "application experience". I suggest not remove this component. - WindowsMediaLite not need integrate Vista "WindowsMediaCodecs" component but the stability of system and browser (browser not crash or freeze with streaming video from website's) with this component installed is more better. I suggest not remove this component. Remove only integrate Vista "WindowsMediaPlayer" and "Media Sample's" component's. The compatibily with N direction of EU is preserved the stability of system is perfect and performance not degrade. After to show video's play audio from website's in to browser or with external MediaPlayer like MediaPlayerClassics or Irfanview install first WMLite10 2.1.0.3 and after WMLite11 2.2.0.0 Alpha. P.S. This is only for 64bit of Vista. 32bit work fine with "application experience" and "WindowsMediaCodecs" component's removed and need only one WindowsMediaLite installation (older or 10 or 11). I do not know technically because but it is therefore! I attend one possible solution with one next and mature vLite version or SP1 integration... Thanks Nuhi, i attend the next vLite version with some of these tweak. Another test: Diskeeper 11 build 709 (the full version of basic built-in windows defrag) run and work fine with all features scheduling and IFAAST without "performance and monitor timer's" and "task scheduler" components. Only one minor problem if "INTERNET EXPLORER" component (not HTML engine) are removed: online new version check not work. This features search IE for working.

Tested result of VISTA 64bit and DELL notebook Inspiron 9400: All work fine and more fast than 32bit vLited version (only problem with Ricoh MMC and MC drivers) but if remove all features of Media Player and related modules and install Windows Media Lite v2.40 (latest version) NOT WORK! (tested edition: ULTIMATE - HOMEBASICN) I tried install external 64bit codec's pack but not WORK again. If possible to help me to find one solution from this problem? Or the solution is not remove WidowsMediaPlayer and related modules? Thanks2All... pardon for little offtopic! My test's: CPQ-2550EA - P4 (low speed) HP-ZD8237EA - P4 HT DELL-9400 - CORE 2 DUO PC-COMPATIBLE - P4 HT (high speed) Windows Vista 32bit (only essential modules) with vLite 1.0 FINAL fit into 800MB CD-ROM! (is possible to fit in to 650MB CD-ROM but i preserved more DRIVERS) All work fine and more more fast, no red error from event viewer! No IE and MediaPlayer like N version of Windows. No AERO 3D support and SAT stuff's. Thanks for your reply but "bliss wallpaper" is not possible to preserve in to OEM folders or nLite's Keep box! I tried and it are deleted! Others files are preserved! p.s.
