    @nivek7 Take a look in the Office_Task(000X).txt theres an error message at the end which will most probably help you.

    The error I experience could be quite close to C.CRAZY's one. The shrink process starts fully normal and copies the setup stuff. When it should begin to copy the real office it searches in the destination directory for the files to copy. Changing the Source and dest directory doesn't work. German O2003 with SP1 XPSP2 ED: My Admin point installs perfectly and unattended but not shrinked office2_Task_0001_.txt
