Last Tuesday I got the file from my Cousin, put it on a floppy, then copied it over to my computer using the recovery console......that fixed the problem 100%. What does that link go to? Just looks a tad suspicious- Thanks.

Hmmmmm, I didn't have any problems when I uninstalled AOL. I just went through add/remove programs and got rid of it that way. Lastly I went into Windows exporer and went into program files, and delted those pest AOL folders that they keep there containing the link to "free aol" Really, it is like a virus when they install AOL.....good luck!

Hi, I am needing the file gagp30kx.sys. This file came with Service Pack 2. It is used instead of the VIA drivers. Anyway, I cannot boot my PC. Windows cannot get past the loading screen. This is because this file is missing. So I need to find and download gagp30kx.sys so I can download it and put it on a floppy disc. Secondly, I need the instructions for copying it into the \windows\system32\drivers\ folder. I will use the recovery console off of the Windows XP CD to get the "dos" but I still need the commands to copy that file off of the floppy disc and into that folder on the harddrive. Please let me know if you can help me with either or both parts to my needs. Thanks. BTW My computer has been down since Friday night, so, hopefully I can fix the problem soon. Thanks again!
