hey there, Im finishing my XP unattended setup (again) and now I'm looking to customize its files as much as possible. I've already customized setup.exe, winntbbu.dll, ntoskrnl.exe and logonui.exe. What others files I can customize safely? And what do they do? tks guys

@Lost Soul > to edit the words in logon screen just edit the texts in the String Table session and to include the file in the unattended CD, include it the $$\System32 folder

@enuffsaid - Shall I remove the language settings in the winnt.sif ? @evilvoice - this setting wouldn't set the location and the keyboard as brazillian portuguese?

Hey there, Im gonna have to ask you again... I can't find a way to set my regional and keyboard settings the way I need Im in Brazil, using the Portuguese(Brazil) settings, but my keyboard is in the United States-International layout. I've add this to the winnt.sif file in the [unattended] part: KeyboardLayout="US-International" and LanguageGroup=1 SystemLocale=00000416 UserLocale=00000416 InputLocale=0409:00000409 in [RegionalSettings] part. So Windows set the clock, date and money format the way I want, the US-International keyboard layout is add to, but as the SECOND layout. So I still have to open the Language Bar to set it as the default instead of the default layout. So, my question is how to set the regional settings as Brazil and the keyboard layout as US-International? tks again

Hey there, I'm finishing (again) my CD, this time with the reduced size using the Gosh method, but im having the following problems: 1- the unattended RAID drivers is not working anymore as it worked with the "not reduced size", so I have to press F6 to install them. Hey guys, I have a (maybe) stupid question...: I want to change the default Start Button text and remove the button's Windows. I know I can use Resource Hacker to do it after the Windows install, but how can I do that in the unattended setup?

I tried to open the URL in my college´s PCs, but even there I get the 110 Connection Timed out error If I may ask, can you upload the files to somewhere else, such as Yahoo or post the script here and instruct me (or us) to make it executable? Sorry for being so annoying about this

Such as create a Internet folder and put all the internet shortcuts there? -- Since I use an United States International keyboard layout and my input language is portuguese, how can I config this in winnt.sif? -- Is there anyway to install unattended ICQ? thanks a lot!
