One of my friends has set up a Microsoft Server 2003 with a share. When I try to access the share I get no prompt but can access the share. When anyone else tries to open the share they get a "Access denied", no prompt for username or password. What I would like to know is the correct configuration of the share; NTFS Security, Share settings, GP to make it prompt for a password. Maybe an example. I hope someone can help me with this little problem.

Windows Resource Protection or let me say it another way... Is there a guide or something to gain ABSOLUTE administrativ power over vista. You know... delete any files I want, and not getting various warnings and messeges about not having any administrativ rights. The way I se it an administrator in vista is in more like a extended user...

Any way to disable WRP in the policyeditor? There was a guide some time ago on the net...

Can the same thing be done from a USB Stick?

So if I put the WINNT.SIF file on a floppy it should work? or should I put it in the i386 on the floppy?
