the software on rarewares.com was built based on "lame",and "lame" only works great with NO LESS than 128k MP3s. I will try to ask @ www.hydrogenaudio.org. thanks a lot for your help !!! BTW: Could you tell me some other "Combined" computer forums? the ones like MSFN but got more "computer geeks"?

I have a 128M MP3 player,mainly used for language study (English),I wanna put more materials into it so I can choose freely,so I often "shrink" 128k MP3 to 32K(mono) using "dietmp3",but I am not very content with the quality of the "dieted" mp3s-----but I do have downloaded many good quality 32K22Hz mono dialogue materials, anyone tell me which is the best MP3 "shrink" or "diet" software?
