Ok, my issue resolved - this had NOTHING to do with nlite! I had two linux partitions that I wasn't using and when I removed these, all was fine - with the nlited disk too!

Ok, tried CDIMAGE, and both times the iso was burned by imgburn. But I get the same boot experience. Funny but I even get this from the original (hologram) MCE CD1 too! BUT I can boot burned rescue CDs (UBCD and Hirens) Strange, time to check my cables etc - any ideas?

Not yet, will do this evening or tomorrow (football).

I have a similar issue with RC8. I'm s-streaming the MCE 2 disks to one dvd with all my mobo, eth and sata drivers. The iso was fine in VMWare Player, but upon booting my PC I get "Press a key to boot from CD..." but then nothing. Black screen.

Hi, just found this and looks great for my needs! I have a question, I want to add a line to install a driver (executable file) without switches (manually clicking through setup). The setup will want to reboot afterwards but I want ktool to continue after reboot. Do I do this: say "reboot later" to the setup question and then put the line Reboot = 1 after the runwait command?
