cannot delete folders created via FTP

u can delete the dir's in dos..just use: rmdir /s "path" -
UPDATE...i can now get ppl to see the default "under construction" page on IIS, however when i go to the /localstart.asp i get this error message:

I have installed IIS v5.1 on WinXP Pro. Anyone who visits my page or when i browse the Default WebSite i get this error: How do you set up the Default site on IIS? Also, how can you restrict users in the FTP? Cant you create a user/pass? Can someone please point me in the right direction to get these answers. I am a newbie at IIS and cant seem to get things working properly. Thanks
