Hi, I just reformatted the hard drive of my Toshiba laptop. Now the Windows Pop-up Blocker is causing a slowdown of my computers. A page can freeze while the pop ups are blocked and the pages are slow to load until the pops are blocked. Does anyone have a solution to this? I would be most grateful. Thanks, Larry
