If you have not been able to install windows vista: I was having a similar problem. In order to install the raid controller drivers, you need to create a new driver floppy disk with the .cat, .ini, .inf, and .sys driver files. DON'T include a file called txtsetup.oem because this is why Windows Vista setup does not load the drivers for the raid controller. Setup should now continue normally.

Have you set up the network/wireless? If not, you have to run the network setup wizard. By the way, Windows Vista may not be able to run the network setup wizard because of a missing .dll file: hnetwiz.dll. All you have to do if this is the case is do a google search and download that .dll file and copy into your windows/system 32 folder.
