  1. So your saying that everything is natural with my XP? Is the resolution suppose to appear like this with sp2 slipstreamed?? The drivers work afterwards but its usually better if xp recognizes which always saves me the hassle of installing the video drivers
  2. I have Print Master 15 in three cd's (Install CD, Program CD and Art Cd1) I am tired of installing the 3 cd's everytime I reprogram.. I want to compile them in a dvd.. when a cd is finished it says: (Insert Program Cd and so fort) Can I copy all 3 cd's in 3 Folders ( Install Cd, Program CD, Art CD) in the DVD and write some little script to tell it to look for the cd files in a folder? How do I connect these folders? I have tried it but it still asks me to insert a location.. Maybe I can change the default location to the folder I want... How do I do this? Please Help!
  3. I have just created a slipstreamed windows xp pro with sp2 It also contains the oemlogo and an unattended installation (WINNT.SIF) The problem is that the installation of windows xp occurs in low resolution (the installation is where the xp installs drivers and asks for name and company) It also comes in terribbly low resolution after the installation (16 colors) How come my version of xp does this? Any ideas in solving this problem.?? Did sp2 replace or delete the generic video driver Can I extract a file from my xp cd and replace one of the sp2 files??? Please help!!
  4. I can give u a registry that surely speeds up your shutdown a whole lot. Works well with me. Go to start then run then type regedit.exe to access the registry Now go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER View the folders under this and then go to \Control Panel\Desktop Here find AutoEndTasks and change from 0 to 1 To further improve the shutdown you can go to HungAppTimeout (under same folder) and change to 4000. Next you go to WaitToKillApp Timeout and change to 1000 This will improve your Shutdown speed significantly Concerning the faster boot up... I am also finding ways to speed up my boot.
