    When i go to Add/Remove Windows Components i get this error message: Setup library desk.cpl could not be loaded, or function DisplayOcSetupProc could not be found. Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0x7f. The application could not be initalized. Been like this forever.. i googled it now and found this forum..please help me
