    cisvc.exe makes my cpu go to 90%+. anyway i can not make it do that so i wont freeze all the time?

    i use spyware docter and it loads each time i turn IE on and it makes my cpu go to 100% is there a way to stop it from loading each time i use IE?

    what if we are poor if i can just stop spydocter from running everytime i open IE i would be set

    well i use spydocter spyware scanner and it opens everytime i use IE so its really hard to keep it from not opening and it makes my cpu go to 100 each time.

    Ever since a month ago i think everytime my screensaver goes on and i hit a button or move the mouse to make it go off it takes 20 seconds+ for it to return to the normal screen. Anything ideas?

    Everytime i turn my computer on i have to type in my password. Can anyone tell me where to go to undo this setting i forget where it is.

    When i go to uninstal google toolbar for IE nothing happens. I click to uninstal and it flashes a screen then nothing happens.
