you can use autologon several times. it's depends from AutoLogonCount=%number_of_logons% . here is official ms link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/221477/en-us/ you must give a not encrypted administration password in [GuiUnattended]. if EncryptedAdminPassword=Yes it will not work.

Without this services I cannot access to network or install applications. I can start these services but after reboot these are not running.
