Heya all. Did anyone get networking to work in build 4029 running it in vmware 4.0.1 I tested to install this weekend but I can't get it to recognize the nic. What a bummer.. Please help out guys.

How's it going with version 2.0 of this nifty software? I'd hate to see it just run out in the sand. I really want to see it in action.. Please keep us updated b0r4d..

What's up with this project man? Any news? Any new versions? I mean keep it cooking or it'll just die.. I'd hate this nice little proggie go down the drain..

I have fixed the spelling errors and also I will fix a new link for it later with a www.winnt.sif.screemer.nu or something like that..

I just had to make this.. I hope none of you mind.. I'll create the reg files and inf files for fast downloads too.. But that has to be later on.. Have a look and tell me if you want your tweaks out of there. Screemers Tweaking site You guys has made a tremendous work on your tweaks.. Some of these are really hard to find..

I have a tip for you guys that want to add the hacked uxtheme.dll to a installed xp at least.. This might have been discussed here but I am posting this anyhow. 1. unpack the zip file. you'll get a uxtheme.dl_ 2. expand the uxtheme.dl_ using expand uxtheme.dl_ uxtheme.dll 3. copy uxtheme.dll to c:\ 4. reboot into failsafe with command prompt 5. cd %windir%\system32\ 6. rename uxtheme.dll uxtheme.dll.old 7. cd\ 8. copy uxtheme.dll c:\%windir%\system32\uxtheme.dll 9. reboot back into regular XP all done.. I have used this method on 3 workstations and they all had fileprotection still enabled.. I LOVE THIS hacked version of uxtheme.dll..

I've added it to my site too.. For mirror and info.. I'll fix the site soon to make it more of a real site and a tribute to this little genious program..

Might be becouse I once in the beginning of life somehow changed allot of fonts with some crappy shareware theme maker.. i don't even remember the name of it no more.. Is there any way one could order the program to use a specific font? Seems it doesn't like to use my default font settings.. I've tested it on other puters and it workz great there.. Only on this workstation where I do allmost all my testing + work related stuff I can't get it to work.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think the problem may have been that you opened the program, and you closed it using the "kill button" (or X to normal people) that only appers when using themes. When not using a theme, the button is removed by default. When using a theme that has an X button on the top right, and clicking it, doesnt actually end the program. It just closes the window. Press Alt + Ctrl + Del go to Processes, and see if WINNTSIF.EXE is listed there. If it is, end task it, and restart the application. Hope it helps. Belive me I am no fool. I checked for that possibillity before I entered a post.. I have some more info about this weird problem.. And belive me, I am not saying it's a badly coded software.. Ps, I'd really love to see possibillity to join a domain instead of a workgroup too..
