i've tried to, but i can't get the **** thing to run after windows installs.. so, no!

I just got XP64 installed and plan on trying it out a while. Only slight misfortune I'm having is that I have a Swedish keyboard but for some reason I get a US layout no matter which language I choose.. Is this a common problem, and is there any way around it? I know the US layout just fine, but feel more at home with the Swedish.
