  1. Open WPI.cmd with notepad edit the last few lines from REM Rebooting the sytem to finalize the installation process. REM shutdown.exe -r -f -t 30 -c "To finish installations WPI will now reboot in 30 sec..." exit :end to REM Enter some cleanup code here or call another cleanup file REM Rebooting the sytem to finalize the installation process. shutdown.exe -r -f -t 30 -c "To finish installations WPI will now reboot in 30 sec..." exit :end Basicly the word "REM" stops theat line from being executed as it goes line by line. to remove a directory RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\SOME DIRECTORY HERE to remove a file its DEL "%systemroot%\*.bmp" for example
  2. Hi i got it sorted now, turned out i either messed with the files too much (Using Nlite) or was a bad copy from plain XP disk. Sorry for wasting your time, but thank you for replying all the same. One stupid looking noob
  3. Doh! i had it running WPI.cmd but i had a few problems so changed it stupidly Anyway a few problems still persist .. not strictly WPI related but i get bluescreen of death when installing at random points, even when running a normal XP cd Is there any known bugs with VMware ?
  4. Hi ive created an unattended disk and am using WPI to install apps. Instead of mucking my current install up i chose to use VMware to test it on. when i have installed WINXP as usual it goes to run WPI but cannot open the file type WPI.hta What am i doing wrong?
  5. There is very little difference between all of the above devices, they are all branded versions of a series of mobile phone made by a japanese company called HTC. I have a UK o2 XDA IIi which is also known as a Qtek 2020i, iMate PDA2k, MDA 3 (i think). checkout a site called www.xda-developers.com for loads of info on hacks etc for the HTC mobile PDA phones.
