  1. I remember reading (havent been able to find thread) about someone saying having problems with having new G-Force Drivers in the OemPnPDriversPath path, and not installing due to WinXP recognising his graphics card from the drivers.cab folder. I think I may have a solution, untested of course: Had a look in Ref.chm from the deploy.cab and read about the "UpdateInstalledDrivers" ... Involves using Sysprep though ... might be better to do all driver installs this way? sTe
  2. I remember in one of the service pack updates, them updating it so you could use more characters (im sure it was limited). Now, Im trying to find it again, to see what the limit on the ammount of characters you can have and I cant find it ... have m$ made it unlimited? Id like to have each driver in its own folder ie \drivers\GFX\Nvidia;\drivers\GFX\Ati;drivers\SND\SBlaster etc and can see that my list is going to get long. Maybe someone could test it out with adding something like Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test\Test;Drivers\Nvidia? A 500 nested test folder would be an ideal test to see if it actually sees the nvidia drivers. Thanx.
  3. your specifying the file, as far as I know you just supply paths I think what you need is: OemPnPDriversPath="\Drivers\b2c2" Im not sure you even need an extra \ at the end.
