I'm trying to use the word N e o w i n in my news post but it changes all of it to "<<Spam>>" (Disclamier: the wording is not real spam because it has 2 of these( " )) Why?

N e o w i n is back up atfer a recent Denial of Service (DoS) attack by the same young boy which has done his magic many times on N e o w i n. And also a good prize for members that were waiting for the time they would be back up, A new live chat system has been installed as a part of IPB 1.2 so they can chat without waiting for forum replys !

And ScanDisk has been replaced by a GUI and command line tool called Chkdsk (Open a command prompt window and type CHKDSK X: (X is the drive letter for thedrive you want to check)
