Hi people quick question is it possible to Add the $OEM$ Folder to WinX64..I put it on the cd in the same place as you would win86 but nothing happens.....Also is there any known resource hacker from X64 as id love to personilse my installation like i have with my x86 version

Cant you make a cab file from them and intergrate it straight into xp so it installs them at T13...Using something like 7zip

thats a bit gay really i dont mind moddifying windows dll files cos they can be put back onto the disk but the idea of messin around with explorer.exe is abit s*** cos id need that to be copied over in the $$ on install i dont suppose you no what cab file the explorer.exe resides in so i can edit it run it through modifype and put it back to be installed with xp

i cant find the my computer icon iside the explorer.exe or have i got that wrong

There are alot of progs & stuff out there but for easyness i use Windows Post Installer or WPI as its known as you can put all your applications files in there and have a runonce cmd added to the WINNT.SIF file so it does that just after installing windows..that allows you to pick and choose install properties be it what drive special folders and so on

Hi people ive ran into a brick wall ive got my SuperCd looking cool, ive changed all the icons that i want to change within the following .DLL files..shell32.dll,shimgvw.dll & mydocs.dll my prob is for the life of me i cant find what .DLL file contains the icon for My Computer ive looked everywhere. ive changed the default yellow folders, all the icons in my comp & a few others but cant find the correct file for the actual My Computer icon thats displayed thankz in advance Its ok i found the bloody thing in icons 16 and icon groups 119 thankz anyway

IVE RUINED 20 CDS SO FAR DIDNT EVEN NO I COULD USE A PROG CALLED VIRTUAL PC (LOL) ANYWAY MY PROB IS THIS EVERY UNATTENDED CD I DO STALLS AT THE SAME POINT WHEN IT SAYS DETECTING & INSTALLING DEVICES IT GETS TO ABOUT 75% AND STALLS JUST AFTER THE SECOND FLICKER OF MY MONITOR. IVE NOT ADDED ANY DRIVERS OR ANYTHING ONLY REMOVED STUFF AND ADDED TWEAKS. I HAVE REMOVED OLD GFX DRIVERS MY CARD IS A RADEON 9600 PRO SO THIS SHOULDNT BE A PROB I DONT THINK ANYWAY HELP IS NEEDED AND IM IN DEPT TO WHO EVER SOLVES THIS AM I REMOVING SOMETHING FROM THE XP CD THAT CAN CAUSE THIS STALLING OR COULD IT BE MY WINNT.SIF OR SOMETHING ALTHOUGH IVE LEFT THESE DEFAULT, HOW NLITE MAKES IT IM USING A CORP VERSION OF XP PRO WITH SERVICE PACK 2 THANKZ
