for me,i had to 1) use modifype 2)change the date and time of the file,like the original with a software (file properties changer)

ther should be a space dreamweaver.exe /r /f1"C:\setup.iss" but,i have had the same problem with java.exe so,perhaps this command cannot be run sometimes ? wait a "professionnal unattended" answer

yes !!!!! you have the answer of my problem: the installshield try to make a setup.log on the cd,so it can't!! like you say,we have to use the f2 switch... this is my command %cdrom%\app\software.exe -s -f1"%cdrom%\app\software.iss" -f2"%systemdrive%\install.log" and after: DEL "%systemdrive%\Install.log"
