I made yesterday a Dutch MCE2005 what i DID:

* COPY CONTENTS CD1 +2 IN A FOLDER LIKE C:\MCE

* Download Nlite open it and point to that folder

* remove some programs/folders/languages

* close Nlite ,goto C:\MCE\I386\ and find TXTSETUP and open whit notepad

* change all the %cd2name% --> %cdname%

* open notepad,copy paste text below and replace XXXXX_XXXXX whit your own serial,finally save as WINNT.SIF and put this in your C:\MCE\I386\ folder

*open Nlite make a bootable ISO and burn it on a single cd and install it unattended.

the way i install KB885835 is,open winlite select all your hotfixes(KB885835 wont be accepted )now add the fix in your app folder and give it the command

Ive recently made a Unattended Turkish version whit all updates,if you go to windows update you only see Malicious blabla software + Internet Explorer SP1.

For additional software updates were : messenger 4.7 ,journal viewer and language package .NET Framework.

Even the turkish New Liraupdate tool,i love this site.

ive forgotten that i also slipstreamed WMP10 with bashrats batch command right after SP2.

If you install WMP10 and Windows media connect unattended, after everything is installed open WMP10 1 time.

Hi i wanted to add the turkish office 2003 MUI on my UA,I already have the US version installed with Dutch MUI but now want to add the turkish one,is the command the same as the Dutch MUI? Where can I download it ?

I tried with nanaki's method and exe, result: office installed at T-12...

admin/defaultuser starts word: short installer and bingo! it works, same with excel and powerpoint

problem: admin/def user starts access: windows installer error (free translation: 'the function you want to use is located on a networkshare which is currently not available' and a browse window to look for the PRO11.msi file), same error comes up when newly created user wants to start any office app (word, excel, pp, access, all give same error)

any advice?

Would it be possible 2 copy PRO11.msi file somewhere in your \system,so everytime if you delete C:\Install\Apps after unattended XP the PRO11.msi package still exists in your \system map,right. please can some1 try or isn't this logicaly to do?

Every time you can browse to the PRO11.msi package in your \system folder?

I use the same command,but if i  install silently alcohol with B2722 and i want to install DAEMON tools after,then i get an "driver error  used".cause they both use the 347 driver actually alcohol120 uses A347 and Daemontools D347.

Can i use another port driver??

Another question i cant register Alcohol correctly iam I doing something wrong,this is my register.reg file.

@tresans, yours is a valid way but you can just use -ms switch over the new 1.02 version that will be easier

also packing the setup with winrar and using "/S" switch will take less space on your uA CD

Yesterday i have silently installed the Dutch version off FF 1.02,what i did:

Download 1.02

Extract with Winrar 3.4

Now you see config.ini ,open whit wordpad

first change the Run Mode=Normal into silent

second part annoying but working find all the TRUE commands in the config.ini you need only the command lines 2 change it into FALSE. EXCEPT the lines below

Hi all

I want 2 add a couple off fixes like the SP1 for .NETFRamework 1.1 and some hotfixes for XP in my already existing UA XPSP2 whit a several installed programs,Is this possible?

I use WIHU for installing my programs ,can i use WIHU for installing these hotfixes silently after the last program what is selected in the menu?

Please dont tell me i MUST rebuild a new UA XPSP2 cd/dvd.

I learned a lot of this site but i cant find the action for adding hotfixes to a Unattended XPSP2 after a while when i used this cd/dvd

My piont is i want to add 9 or 10 UPDATE fixes and the .NET SP1.1 in my already working Unattended CXP,is this possible to run this after the first logon in windows like a mini steup or somethig,or must I start all over like XP + SP2 + hotfixes etc etc. and then finalizing the cd/dvd.

Can some1 help me out for a reasonnably action,like only writing a INI file or something like that.
