Am looking to check your proggie out. Sounds pretty interesting. My only problem is that the links in your sig are dead. Is it your own server? Or do you know when it will be back up or of any other mirrors? Sounds like an interesting proggie and really want to try it out. Thanx man.

Ya, I had it set to boot from the external drive. I cant remember if it said just external drive or if it said USB drive. I think I had it set to start from the CD/DVD drive, then the external, then the internal, then something else. But ya, not really sure what to do if there is anything I can do. If anyone has some hacks or something like that, that I can do to get it to work or mods or something. Anything is appreciated.

Ya, I didnt think there was an official way to boot from an external USB drive. But I have seen that some peioke have done it. I dont know how or anything like that. So maybe if I want another OS on the drive I should just put Gentoo or something like it on it. Cuz I'm pretty sure you can boot externally with linux, maybe a little more work to do though. So if anyone else has any suggestions on my situation with vista and the usb drive let me know.

Ok, heres the scenario. I burned the image onto a DVD+R. I reboot with it in the drive and go through the install thing. I am using a Dell Inspiron 6000 and want to install Vista on an external Seagate 120gb USB drive. I just took an ATA drive stuck it in a USB case. The install goes well and everything, but upon next boot I get that stupid stop 0x0000007B BSOD. Anyone have any solutions? Or anyone have any steps to give me on how to install it correctly. Heres my specs: Dell Inspiron 6000 40gb internal drive 120gb external usb drive If you need anymore info or anything just let me know. Any help is appreciated. I know there have been posts with this same BSOD error but they have all be in much different scenarios than mine and I didnt want to make a post in someone elses thread in which they are asking for help and possibly take away the attention from them and the help they need. Anything is welcome.

Ok, I was wondering about the address. In the README.txt file included in the downloaded archive from xpcreate.com it says to send it to requests@xpcreate.com So I thought I would mention that maybe he should change it. Or if anyone can contact him, let him know about it. Just a suggestion. Thanx for the help.

Ya I know he may have a life outside of this. I even said it in my post. I wasnt asking him for anything, all I was asking was something directed towards those who frequently visit this forum. All I wanted to know is if anyone knew anything about GM or anything like that. I am well aware that he probably has a life outside of this, as do many others. That is why I was asking those who do frequently visit the forum for their help. Theres no reason to start flaming and getting all anal about it when I specifically stated in my post that I am sure he has an outside life. And coming from a mod doesnt make it any better either. So before people start jumping all over other people, why not just take the time to read someones post, whomevers it might be, and try and understand it. Use whatever brain cells you have, which judging on the nature of this forum, you would have to be intelligent, and just think before you start getting anal and everything.

I would like to try this out, as it seems pretty cool and usefull, but cant get a response to the request thing that we are supposed to do. I sent it out on March 24th, and one before that as well, and havent gotten a response. I know people have other things to do, but I am just wondering if GM is away, or whats going on. So could someone just let me know if anyone knows, whats going on? Thanx.

So am I to send the requests to the sales@xpcreate.com or the requests@xpcreate.com? From what the original poster said I was just wondering because he said he sent it to the sales one, and in the readme it says to send it to the requests one. So which one should I send it to? Or should I send it to both?
