  1. Making Pe Boot Faster. Nic Detection

    Currently NIC detection on my CD takes about a minute while it enumerates all the INF files and find network device plug and play IDs. I want to use the [NetCards] section of winbom.ini to speed this up. My Winbom.ini is attached but from looking at WinBom.log, factory.exe is not using the NetCards section. It's enumerating all the NICs anyway. Anyone got this working? I'm using Winpe2004 with XPSP2. winbom.zip

    Register XML using a .REG file (attached). Apply it using regedit /s xml.reg XML.zip
