  1. EH? Me cornfused! Help, please? Also remove "MMC.CH_ MSRDP.CA_," I don't have that file unless it's supposed to read "MMC.CH_, MSRDP.CA_," which I think is correct since I have those two.
  2. Well I went ahead and included the intel chipset drivers and that took care of that error but I would like not to have to include those in my little pack. I'm creeping closer to the 700 MB CD limit . Also looking forward to the future with respect to RyanVM updates growing ever so larger thanks to MS.
  3. If some newbie uses your pack onto a sp2 slipstreamed winxp disc there can be some problems with the Via AGP section of the pack. SP2 users really should use the default winxp sp2 GAGP30KX.SYS for their AGP driver to eliminate any problems. The problem is that the AGP driver of Via's HyperionPro chipset driver is for winxp sp1 and older OS's and that the default Via installer still doesn't check in with the particular OS to determine which OS is that it is installing onto. Is there is a way for an inf to have OS-specific info?
  4. I've been trying to use the drivers only for my kv8-pro board in a custom driver pack. I haven't tried my slipstreamed xp cd yet in real life. But I get this error with running the run_me.cmd. Do I need to include the Intel chipset part of the DriverPack_Chipset_V6031.7z? I'm not too clear what file the procedure is looking for. I tried to attach my driverpack for examination but the forum will not let me. Don't know why, it's only 192 KBytes. It comes with up this: "The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments." I'm seeing that I could put up to 4.88 Megabytes as an attachment on my 'global space'. I was hoping that someone could check my work on the pack. Oh well. The reason I don't want to include everything else is due to it's just being applied on my system and nothing else and I want to use the saved space for addons from RyanVM's web section. No point in wasting space on a 700 MB 80 min cd-rw, right?

  7. A new driver that will be included in the hyperionpro sometime next month. Via MiniIDE Driver Might want to check out this guide for more info. This might or might not upset your current chipset and mass storage packs. It really made very significant changes in my Device Manager for my kv8-pro. Just a heads up.
  8. Big bug. Caused Directx game black screens and mpeg2 hardware decoding problems on nvidia cards. I thought you all would have known about that by now. I was just gonna download the pack when I checked the changelog.
  9. Via combo raid driver now at 5.20a which are newer than what is in the latest Hyperion pro drivers.
  10. Is there anything missing from those directions??? All the other directions state to copy all the files in the temporary folder but here just the setup.exe. What am I to re-package with the setup.exe?
