  1. Hi, by now i spent 2 full days trying every single tutorial, every single tool.. just about everything. As soon as it boots with the modified kernel it crashes on the bootscreen. Windows Xp Professional version 2002 SP2 Any idea anyone.. find it hard to believe that nothing works.
  2. Hola, I did not know where to look for this question but here it is : I have slipstreamed Bashrat's driverpack set with mass storage drivers in textmode. (works excelent btw) and rest asap with no gui. Problem now is that.. On first reboot (after 'copy files to disk' and ) befor the billboard starts (winntbbu) There is this 'bright blue' screen for quiet a while.. for aslong as its copying the rest of the drivers to HD. I don't know exactly what i'm looking for.. (to search this forum) Can this be modified with another background with a text or something? ( I think i know it can be done with showing progression too but prefer a background if possible) Next question, while I'm posing (will look for answer) During the billboards i get messages ' extracting files...' I don't know what these are. Supose it's stuff added with nlite. (.NET, Exlporer 7...) Can i get rid of those? Tia
  3. Canopus Procoder 2.04.02 - Cancels the divx codec pro installation (to allow you to install a newer version than the one included) - replace the XXXX lines with your own serial parts.
  4. Might be a bit late but here is autoitscript for canopus procoder (2.04.02) Run("setup.exe") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","") Send("{enter}") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CANOPUS PROCODER") Send("!y") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","Please enter your information.") Send("XXXX") Send("XXXX") Send("XXXX") Send("XXXX") Send("{enter}") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","Destination Folder") Send("!n") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","Select Program Folder") Send("!n") WinWaitActive("DivX Pro(tm) Codec Setup","Cancel") Send("{DOWN}") Send("{TAB}") Send("{enter}") WinWaitActive("DivX Pro(tm) Codec Setup","The Setup process is not complete. If you quit Setup now, DivX Pro(tm) Codec will not be properly installed. Are you sure that you want to quit Setup?") Send("!Y") WinWaitActive("Aladdin Device Driver Installation Utility for Win32","") Send("{enter}") WinWaitActive("Information","") Send("{enter}") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","Select from the options below.") Send("{SPACE}") Send("{DOWN}") Send("{SPACE}") Send("!N") WinWaitActive("Canopus ProCoder 2 Setup","No, I will restart my computer later.") Send("{DOWN}") Send("{TAB}") Send("{enter}") exit The 4 " Send("XXXX") " lines are the serial key parts. This scripts cancels the Divx installation as in this case the included codec was an older version.
  5. Whats the cmd line to copy pages to the current user his favorites ? I know howto for the windows unattended but 'updates in between' i do trough wpi.
  6. I searched it on the forum but can't find it (or its listed in a list among others or i can't find it on a yellow background in those huge amount of pages in the sicky My original structure looks like this : root\$OEM$\$1\Drivers\006_storage\Driver folders the file it can't find after installing the driver pack resides in : \$OEM$\$1\Drivers\006_storage\sis\eide This is the entry of winnt.sif : [unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes TargetPath=\WINDOWS Repartition=No WaitForReboot="No" DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore UnattendSwitch="yes" OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\006_storage;Drivers\006_storage\3ware;Drivers\006_storage\3ware\6000;Drivers\006_storage\3ware\7k&8k;Drivers\006_storage\ ... and so on. Thisfar everything works fine.. this is also my normal working version. But as soon is apply bashrat's driver pack either method 1 or 2 the errors start, it can't find these drivers anymore. lines were added to the winnt.sif file after installing the pack even a double OemPnPDriversPath= entry. So i had more then a handfull of tests. Keeping everything as it was after the install of the pack, deleting the OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\006... entry from the sif, merging the Drivers\006.. entry's with the DP entry's, in this case i moved the folder holding those drivers to the m\si\ folder and renamed it to 2, add the entry to the sif. To make a whole story short i tried about anything that what i think was a bit logical. But all resulted in failure. I reached the point of giving up on the driver part and just add my driver disks to the dvd to manual install them. So putting my question here is my last attempt. If anyone had this same problems or know what the problem might be any help would be very appreciated. TIA
  7. Hello all When windows is installing/installed i would like to start the multilangual user interface packs (xp+office) to be started. As its prefered to let the user choose his language it must not run silently. But best time to do this is somewhere around the wpi. As on that point user interferance is required anyway. how can this be achieved that way? tia
