Look no matter what the app costs, it is still a paid license for the app. And it has this forum for help, feedback etc. doesn't it? I asked for help, then repeated pleasantly with a second post which was removed (why?), then because my plead for help has been removed I became annoyed and said so in a third post which was also removed, my fourth post I asked for a refund because I don't know where you are from, but in my country customer is always right no matter how small the exchange is. Now I looked at your post history and you are getting help and providing feedback, like I tried to be, but for some reason you became overprotective on the developer's behalf, why exactly? I didn't fault him for anything, or for something Microsoft did, but asked for a feature and provided feedback like everyone else on this forum, my posts being ignored and then removed should be unacceptable for everyone here as well, and developer can defend his own thinking there for removals, I don't know why anyone else should get involved or become their advocate....
