May try making a custom proxy sending MP4s for youtube videos using YT-DLP running on a server, GUI client would be easy as WinMedia Player provides ActiveX's

UCRT itself uses WinSocks while my code doesn't...

It's a better idea to make a YT proxy server. and fetch the videos as MP4/WMV from there with a custom client for it. I may in fact do that. as backportings getting harder and harder.

EveryDiscord After seeing WQweto's Windows 98+ thunks async TLS library named "VBAsyncSocket" I decided to go ahead and start creating a Discord client on it (which was before DM, but DM came mid-development.) Some reasons I decided to build this: DM relies on modern libraries like OpenSSL. that may drop support for XP in future. I can get to way earlier Windows versions thanks to VB6 runtime being Win95+ unlike most CRTs. this effectively erases the limit as Win32 was created in Win95 too. Well, Im trying to install XP on Modern PC because it has Legacy Boot, why not? so. I first disabled ACPI as it doesnt work thus its not much of a real "thing", now Im with AHCI. I first made it work at installer and OOBE. but in real boot. It makes the 0x7B AHCI BSOD that I fixed in OOBE. And the nLite patched ISO with correct AHCI driver did like open something, make an error and disappear. Need heelppp

My old PC has its Windows XP broken(bootloader works properly!) Since bootloader works, Can I install SAME WINDOWS XP VERSION to VM aaaand theeen copy windows and program files folders(PC is x86 so only program files needed) to the real machine with dock, will it work (PC has CD-ROM unplugged and lost, has no USB BOOT and floppy broken, I have no LAN cables and ports so dont even think about network boot which no one uses)

Im In an very bad statement, It has USB1.1 Internal and USB 2.0 PCMCI but, BIOS cant boot from it and BIOS update requires floppy which is broken, CD-ROM is unplugged for an unsuccesful try of putting SSD which worked on all my other PC's, I can just entirely remove HDD and use docker, but I use acronis for that purpose, Yeah I know that I can install to VM, But hardware is an XP computer like expected and its too old to even floppy drive to work

Hmm, I somepoint tried to spam error message box with pressing down enter, AAND! It says ieframe.dll is missing? What? IE6 doesnt include that+normal Windows XP doesnt have that? now I slapped on dll, but why? (null) isnt an Win32 value? I think I should restart pc. *Restarting vintage pc* Im still getting that error
