Same problem, some reason error code 0x80072F78 just doesn't want to go away. Anything else I can send like the Windows Log File?

The result after installing that update. EDIT: It magically broke but is now back to the same error code

Yes, I have done all these updates, activated TLS 1.2, the patched version of the file is in system32 (I checked and its the patched version), I have ProxHTTPSProxy setup with AstroSkipper's config, I am able to get to the "Keep your computer up to date" page and pressing Express or Customize gives me this error
