    Hello I received an error message: wimlib_extract_image 0x25: Failed to create a directory. See jpg attached. Win 10 pro_22H2 is installed as windows to go on USB hard drive, with WinNT. Now I want to upgrade to win 11 pro_22H2. The associated ISO contains the wim file. Unfortunately the error occurs. Is there a workaround? Thank you very much for your help.

  3. Format the usb hard drive

    Hello Is it correct that WinNTSetup will not format the usb hard drive when installing windows to this drive? I can use the existing fat32 and ntfs partitions on the drive for the installation of win to usb and LEAVE the existing data partition untouched, correct? Thank you!
