  1. I can't post in the Member Contributed Projects section for some reason. I've looked around and can't seem to find another category that suits my need. What I'm looking for is a place to post a script I've been working on for the past year. It is meant to update old EOL Windows operating systems to the latest version, including optional updates, service packs and extra's. Any ideas?
  2. Hi everyone, My name is Ricardo and I'm 25 years old. I am a big collector of vintage hardware and software and have been for about half of my life. My daily occupation is IT support for other companies and mainly with Windows client/server networks. Besides this I have always been a big fan of social events, tinkering, cars and I have a big general interest towards fascinating things.

  4. Can you try this: https://web.archive.org/web/20140705033545/http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe I believe it should still work in 2020 but I haven't had the chance to test it myself yet. Basically it seems that Microsoft removed their download link for the root certificate update program. Open the file as administrator and then close your browser and try again.
