friends i am having a strange problem i have created setup.iss file for jet audio 6 retail and it has installed successfully but the problem is that it is installing in same drive i.e G Drive which i had mentioned during setup.exe -R and during the unattended installation it is also installing in G Drive whereas i am installing my unattended xp in H Drive moreover i have tried changing this line in jetaudio setup.iss file szDir=F:\Program Files\JetAudio to szDir=\Program Files\JetAudio but i want that the setup should install in the systemdrive\program files folder on the same drive where the windows is installed tell me how to use systemdrive attribute or variable in installation path

@gunsmokingguy the vbscript file (.vbs) you have mentioned is not working i have added the file to my cleanup.cmd executed from runonceex but still the shortcuts are not removed plz help

@dahi i think if i set ieaccess = off msnexplr = off oeaccess = off wmaccess = off then these packages wont be installed i want to know by turning them off as mentioned above will disable their links to appear in all programs menu or it will completely set the packages to off state and wont install them plz help

you mean RemoveShortCuts.vbs but i have added cscript //B //NoLogo %systemdriver%\install\RemoveShortCuts.vbs in cleanup.cmd isnt it ok

@gunsmokingman thanks for replying but i would know where i have to put these vbs script i mean if i put in cleanup.cmd which is called from runonceex then will it be ok

i have added above mentioned lines in cleanup.cmd and am executing the cleanup.cmd in Runonceex

friends i want to know that is there any way to install or run unattended xp from installation i want to copy the entire unattended xp cd and want to install from hardisk rather than cd. how can i do that ? and for god sake dont say that search the forums i have done huge searching on the forums and google but havent found anything useful the only thing i found was installing from usb drive or external hardisk nothing else plz help

friends i want to know how to add vbs files in unattended xp i have recently downloaded some registry tweaks from kellys korner which are having extensions .reg .vbs i know how to add .reg files to the unattended xp but i dont know how to use or add .vbs files in unattended windows xp cd where to add this files so that they are automatically installed with unattended xp. and how to supply answers to them when they prompt for some user inputs. plz help me.

friends i am having two different network cards installed on my pc. one network card is used for internet (isp had provided it) and other one i use for home networking (connecting with my other pc) i want to know how to assign 2 different ip addresses (along with gateway and dns addresses ) on both these network cards i have referred to ref.chm there i saw the option for same but its show entry for network card 1 or 2 but i am unable to understand which one is card 1 and which one is card 2 is the ranking based on pci slot if yes then how to check out the card no. or ranking plz help tell me anything u know about assigning ip addresses to network cards. may be it help

hi friends i am facing a partition problem and want you all to plz help me out i want to install unattended xp on desired partition everytime let me explain u i have me on c drive of my hardisk (i want to keep windows me) my d drive is empty (i dont want to install uxp on d) my e drive is having windows 2000 pro ( i dont want to delete or upgrade it to xp) my f drive (it contains my backups and data , so i dont want to install uxp here also) my g ( I want UNATTENDED XP TO BE INSTALLED HERE) CAN U PLZ TELL ME HOW IS IT POSSIBLE i want this to be performed automatically be unattended xp cd i dont want to choose partition manually during installation its should be automatically done by uxp another thing i want to know is that i dont want uxp to format the partition where uxp is going to be installed. i just want that windows should be installed without formatting that drive and not deleting any data (simply speaking i dont want uxp to format the partition where it is going to be installed ) plz help me how to do this i have searched the msfn forums but wont be able to get any ideas.
