i've chosen to revert to the 20181117 version of Pale Moon / New Moon (32bit on a 64bit OS) i would like to be able to totally and completely disable the new "speaker icon" on tabs playing audio, not just get rid of the icon but remove the "code" totally and completely it is my experience that this new "feature" had resulted in a great slow-down if you have two or more tabs open that are playing audio, when you go to close one of them the viewing pane blanks out but the tab will take SEVERAL seconds to actually CLOSE
