    Update 4464567 installed OK today but had to remove 4461614 which caused the usual problem.

    Now that Firefox no longer supports XP can anyone recommend an alternative one that is supported? Anyone have experience of Maxton or Lunascape? Many thanks

    Many thanks for the above posts. I tried to open Word today and got the message. I uninstalled the update and it now works again. You saved me so much time and worry. Long live XP!!
