    Somewhere in the first post is mentioned: "(yellow is +12V so don't use it)" Without the 12v i didnt got my console up and running. After i connected both 5v AND 12v, console was working fine, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Just wanted to share my experience, cheers!

    nice work the_guy just spent 30 minutes figuring out wich updates i should delete using technet articles, then i saw your post anyway KB917344 is an old hotfix and should be like this: Windows2000-KB917344-56-x86-enu.Exe /q:a /r:n

    Nice tool, only it goes into a endless loop when you put the destination dir in the same location as the source dir. A cancel button would be nice
