    Thank you so much! I tried reinstalling and then uninstalling multiple times but that proved fruitless... The second method you provided did the trick and I was able to delete the DLL. Again thanks!

    Im new to all this, how come I cannot delete OldNewExplorer64.dll after uninstalling?
