  3. ANOTHER thing I have a question about haha. Is there a way to make it so that when doing an unattended install can I use a registry tweak that with automatically get rid of the CTRL-ALT-DEL required to log in to a windows domain. 5. By default, the My Computer link in the WINDOWS XP Start Menu is just a link. You can set it to 'menu' by right click the start menu and going into its properties so that it has the arrow appear by the My Computer name and then when scrolled over it shows all contents of the My Computer directory in a little menu. Does anyone know how to set it to do it for unattended install, maybe as a registry tweak? Thank you all... I WONT DOUBLE POST NEMORE - PROMISE!

Log off then back on and if there are some start menu items that are not in abc order then right click and click Sort by Name and then THEY WILL ALWAYS SORT! If you run this registry key in unattended install then it will by it self always sort the items! ;Automatically sort start munu and favorites menu [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Favorites] [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu] [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu2]
  7. Does anyone know how to make the Default User profile that is customized integrated into the Windows XP unattended installation so that when setup is complete, the directory C:\Documents and Settings\Default User will be the profile I customized automatically without making me recopy and paste the custom files into the profile folder? THANK YOU EVERYONE!

  12. SWEET! It worked great! THANK YOU tap52384! NOTE TO OTHER USERS: If you want to redirect My Documents to a Root Drive (ex: H:\) then you make sure that you enter H:\\ as the directory.
