Greets First, let me apologize in advance for the giant pictures. Second, as you'll see from my screen shots I love being able to keep my desktop clean with my shortcuts all on the start menu and taskbar which makes Start Is Back awesome. Also, before upgrading to 8.1 I did a clean install of Windows 8 (otherwise my start menu would be loaded with shortcuts). The problem began in 1.0.3 and persists in 1.0.4. In earlier versions of Start Is Back+ the start menu didn't work at all on my setup so thanks for your timely updates. The issue I am seeing is with a three monitor, 5760x1080 setup using AMD Eyefinity. When I cold start my system (turn it on using the power button) I get a huge start menu with small taskbar icons and larger than usual systray icons: Thereafter, I warm reboot (click restart on the start menu) and on restart the problems resolves itself: Until the next time I cold start when I get picture one again and then restart to get back to picture two. It's really is mostly just a nuisance having to start and then restart the computer to use it but I doubt you get a lot of feedback from multi-monitor users like myself and thought it could be useful.
