what are the options to recover deleted sheets within an excel file? nothing in the recycle bin excel file isnt in \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel autosave is set to 120 mins though it should have saved at least once...

upgraded from 2010 to 2013. macros went missing. some were global macros. some were on that document/spreadsheet. where are the macros stored? for world and excel. how to recover? saved it as 2013 macro-enabled format and still nothing. what happened? in onenote 2013, * when you add an excel file, it displays like 7 columns, how can i make it show 2 columns since only two columns have content * how can i get rid of the huge excel file icon and title on top of the excel sheet, taking up way to much space, or how to minimize?
