I uninstalled B4 and installed RC1 for all users, and discovered it won't add custom start orbs through the StartIsBackCfg.exe I found out it's because when it installs for all users and is placed in program files (x86), it requires elevated privelages to add start orb bitmaps to the "Orbs" directory. This is with UAC enabled on the first setting. But if I use "run as administrator" in the compatibility settings for StartIsBackCfg.exe, it won't open by right clicking the start orb and going to "Start Menu Properties". Only manually opening it from explorer works. Also, if you rename/delete items in the start menu, the start menu doesn't stay open (In Windows 7, it does stay open). Yeah, using HDD as sole PC UID is not wise it seems. I'll sort out this issue for 1.0 final. I think some programs use the MAC address of the motherboard's inbuilt wired NIC
