how do I make that glassed-over effect like in many buttons seen with microsoft programs, and many of your avatars... Oh, and in the Royale theme. How do you do it? More specifically, I'm making an xbox theme for windows, and I need to know how to do this in any color. --MD ps, please help me.

Hi, my name is MD, and I would like to spend more time here, as I have been browsing this site for years, and finally got an email address. Well, I would just like to say a few words about myself... I am a male, I am 5'11'', caucasian, like computers and video games. I definately prefer PC over Mac, I spend time on custom GUI's, I use the Royale theme, I do alot of photoshopping, I own CS 8.0, I run home and pro on seperate partitions, I have a debian linux system under my bed that controlls my various speakers and volume levels, I have six speakers hooked up to my regular computer, and I have two windows computers. One is new, for personal, one is 98se for buisness.
