Well actually my friend has activated his Dell onto a new computer that he built, with none of the origional parts

To one it is a Dell C/D, to the next, yes I can access all of the net but I get the activate box eveytime! I am on broadband (2.4 Meg) It say's that I do not have a connection, but HERE I AM!!!

Hi everyone, When I tried to put my Legal XP HOME onto another of my computers, I was not able to activate it because the activation page told me that I was not connected to the NET. what is happening, and how do I fix it?

Hi all, i'm running XP home on an ASROCK Mobo with an Athlon XP 2.400 CPU and 1024 RAM, and when i turned on today the fans start (5 fans) but nothing else happens, the screen will not even light up and there are no sounds coming from any of the Hard drives. i have tried it with another H/D but it is the same. nothing at all goes exept the fans, and there is no usual beep as you get at startup. oh yes i have my screen working on another computer st this moment. Any ideas?
