Post-SP1 Updates for Office 2013 (Updated 13 NOV 2015)
lwjohns replied to lwjohns's topic in User Contributed Update Lists
All updates for Office, Visio and Project are included in this one update list. The list of updates for Visio and Project are just a subset of the Office list. If you install all the updates for Office, then the ones that apply to Visio and Project will be applied at the same time. -

Post-SP2 Updates for Office 2010 (Updated 14 NOV 2015)

Sometimes towards the end of the month, Microsoft remove the junk email filter update from their servers. The updated version is then made available on Patch Tuesday. If you try again after Patch Tuesday, then it should work - and you'll actually have the latest version. -
Post-SP3 Updates for Office 2003 (Updated 14 NOV 2015)
lwjohns replied to lwjohns's topic in User Contributed Update Lists
Yes, unlike office 2007 and later versions, updates for Office 2003 are language specific. The KB links for each download are included in the update list so you can open it for each download and manually download each update in the language you require. Microsoft has made it difficult to make different language update lists for 2003 as they keep each language for each update in a different folder on their servers which means you would need to change the full url, not just the filename part. -
That's the link to the ADK, I was actually referring to the SDK. I'm sure it will be available as a standalone download in the future just as the previous versions currently are.
-
There's not much info about the 8.1 versions as yet. From what I can see they are only available as part of the Visual Studio 2013 RC download.
-
The Windows 8.1 ADK installer doesn't work through a proxy that requires authentication either so had to create an update list for it too.

Post-SP1 Updates for Office 2013 (Updated 13 NOV 2015)

It could take me longer than usual to update as there are over 100 office updates this month. September 2013 Office Update Release Posted 5 hours ago by The Microsoft Office Sustained Engineering Team The September 2013 Public Update release for Office is now live. There are 36 security updates (7 Bulletins), and 80 non-security updates available for download. -
Here are the update lists for Office 2010 SP2 Tested with the english version of Office 2010. I have now moved/added some of the updates for non-english versions to a new category called Extra Updates as well as some updates not offered by Windows Update. As the name suggests these updates are post SP2 updates. Office SP2 must be installed otherwise you may receive an error "The expected version of the product was not found on the system" The list contains the updates for all editions of Office 2010. If the edition you're using doesn't include components like Access, Outlook, Visio, Project, Infopath or Publisher, then there is no need to download or include those updates. KB2553092 is included as Windows Update still nags for installation even though it has been replaced by KB2825640 To integrate the updates into the installation media: Extract the msp files from the update using the switch /extract:<location for extracted files> Copy the extracted msp files to the Updates subfolder under setup.exe As SP2 needs to be installed before the post SP2 updates, you need to adjust the SP2 filenames so that they get applied first. e.g. rename officesuiteww-x-none.msp to 1officesuiteww-x-none.msp Also the proof-xx-xx.msp files from SP2 need to be included as well as the updated versions from the post SP2 proofing update. e.g. rename proof-en-us.msp from SP2 to 1proof-en-us.msp, then add proof-en-us.msp from the latest update. office2010-sp2-x86.ulz office2010-sp2-x64.ulz

Post-SP1 Updates for Office 2010 (Discontinued)
lwjohns replied to lwjohns's topic in User Contributed Update Lists
No Office 2010 updates this month. Hopefully that means beta testing of SP2 is almost over and we should see its release shortly. -

Final ESU Updates for Windows 7 SP1 (Retired!)
lwjohns replied to steven4554's topic in User Contributed Update Lists
After a bit more testing it is publishdate="2013/" that is causing WUD to crash when it reads the file. I assume it needs a valid date. -
Final ESU Updates for Windows 7 SP1 (Retired!)
lwjohns replied to steven4554's topic in User Contributed Update Lists
Got that too. Looks like the x64 update file has a problem. Removing this section fixed it <update id="KB" category="0" publishdate="2013/" article="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/"> <title>Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 10 in Windows 7 SP1 x64 Edition (KB)</title> <description>Security issues have been identified that could allow an attacker to compromise a computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer and gain control over it.</description> <filename>IE10-Windows6.1-KB-x64.msu</filename> <url></url> </update> It was also saved in ANSI format and not utf-8 -
Here are the two update files for Office 2010. It has been a while since any have been posted so thought I would keep the ball rolling. Edit: I have decided to remove the extra Project and Visio sections as it only depends upon the order of installation to whether or not they are needed mutilple times. Therefore, if you are installing Project or Visio and have integrated the updates into your Office source, then you need to install Office after Project or Visio. The installation media do require a product key (Trial Version or Full Version) to install. office2010-sp1-x86.ulz office2010-sp1-x64.ulz
