  1. how to make 64 bit windows media player as default.???
  2. From the day i started using the using windows 7 on my 64 bit laptop, i have been facing issues like sudden hanging and slow green bar loading on explorer.. Then i started to check out errors and i came to know: The windows media player is a 32 bit version along with the internet explorer along with other software's pre-installed. I checked for the program files and found that both windows media player and internet explorer are present in program files folder as well as program(x86) Folder... but whenever i run the program only the 32 bit seems to be running!!!! Can some please help..
  3. well if u want i can give u the required files
  4. Though I do use LOCAL_MACHINE on my Windows setup and it works. EDIT 2: I also noticed that StartMenuInit only works on the standard start menu. StartButtonBalloonTip only works on the classic start menu. In other words they don't both op up at the same time time no matter what. Come to think of it, it makes perfect sense! Why would you need both? i tried it two times but still it does not work Yea it worked afterr changing to current user I forgot to tell

  6. well delete the file and delete the related lines in svcpack.inf file...... u need to 1st expand svcpack.in_ in i386 folder then edit the svcpack.inf file and then cab it and rename to svcpack.in_.... i think it will do..........

Use different setupldr.bin. Hexedit second setupldr.bin: change winnt.sif to win01.sif. or unattended to __attended i have screen shot below about what i was talking about i want windows repair option with this one,but i have came to know that if i want windows repair option i must reomove OemPreinstall,or should make multi-boot disk,is there any solution with which i can get oempreinstall feature with windows repair option where is d screenshot??

  12. thx i will try it.................................. well it didnt worked............. the start menu still pops up........................ why the DWORD value should be '2' ??
  13. I think its due to the driver update...... i think you should disable the driver update through following registry key HKEY_CURENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer change the "NoDevMgrUpdate" DWORD value to 1
  14. thx i will try it..................................
