    It seems like Microsoft finally broke the aeroglass hooks in 14257 - it does not work anymore (just hangs the whole system) and in debug log I can see [2016-02-04 17:41:37][0x21C:0x73C] DIRTY RECTANGLE ANNOTATION LIST ERROR and it also creates a memory dump. Even when symbols are downloaded (and they are already available) still no change - getting broken system (cured by task removal)
